If an investor who owns the NFT of a property in the metaverse wants to sell his/her NFT, they can add the NFT they own to the Marketplace and determine the sale price. When the NFT of a property in the metaverse is sold, all ownership and earning rigths of the NFT is transferred to the buyer.

Anyone who owns an NFT will have the opportunity to earn money as long as he owns an NFT of the property that they have the right to benefit from its usage and financal returns. The real world properties granted to the NFT owners to benefit from their returns will be at the service of the NFT owners until the NFT owners sell and transfer their NFTs.
